Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns on products. Orders may only be canceled only on a product that has not been cut within 1 hour after an order has been placed. Because our processes are extremely time-sensitive, requests for cancellation must be taken by phone to ensure the request is handled timely. Once an order is processed and cut, it cannot be canceled. Order cancellations may include a 20% re-stocking fee. Specialty products or custom items ordered for customers may not be canceled.

Method of refund: Funds will be returned to the buyer in the same form as received on the initial payment.

Product defects: In the rare event of a product defect, orders will be refunded only after the returned item(s) are received by GA Copper and determined to be defective.

Pricing: Online pricing for copper products is subject to change and may fluctuate based on variations in the copper markets.

Charges: If a customer is returning an item mistakenly shipped by GA Copper or that is defective, please call 706-219-1050. We will pay any necessary shipping costs and provide a shipping label to you.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed online will typically ship within one week via UPS. Lead times may vary depending on stock availability.

The time it will take to receive your order will be dependent on the shipping carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated live from UPS based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will incur one shipping charge per order. If your order requires multiple shipments, that one shipping charge represents the total of all shipments for your one order.

In special circumstances, we may need to modify shipping charges to account for limitations in our eCommerce checkout platform- or for orders that will require freight shipping.  In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email regarding changes to shipping fees and/or additional freight charges.

Please note, we do not offer any in-store pickup options at our warehouse or product distribution location(s).
